How Do We Treat Chronic Diseases?

Our expertise lies in managing and reversing chronic diseases through integrated care.
We utilize a combination of Naturopathy, Ayurveda, Yoga, Physiotherapy, Counseling, and Allopathic medicine to provide holistic treatment.

Our approach is patient-centric, not pathy-centric. This means we focus on what is best for the patient rather than adhering strictly to one system of medicine. Whatever is required for effective disease management, our team explains to the patient clearly, along with the rationale behind the treatment. This ensures transparency, trust, and integrated care tailored to the patient’s needs.

Step 1: Comprehensive Assessment

The first and most crucial step in our approach is a thorough consultation. During this phase, we:

  1. Collect a detailed patient history, including current complaints, physical examination, Nadi examination, and Prakruti examination.
  2. Review past medical history, family health history, and mental health history, including any stress-related factors.
  3. Analyze the patient’s daily routine and lifestyle habits.
  4. Conduct specific investigations (e.g., blood tests) if deemed necessary by our team.
  5. Involve additional specialist doctor consultations if required.

By carefully studying and analyzing all this information, we identify the root cause of the disease and formulate an appropriate line of treatment. This foundational step ensures a tailored and effective treatment plan before initiating care.

Before beginning treatment, we ensure that the patient fully understands their condition. We:

  1. Explain the root causes of their disease in detail.
  2. Share the proposed treatment plan, including its objectives and methods.
  3. Address any questions or concerns the patient may have regarding their condition and the planned course of treatment.

This step ensures transparency, builds trust, and helps the patient feel confident and engaged in their healing journey.

After the assessment and patient education, we implement a tailored treatment plan based on the specific disease condition. This includes:
1. Naturopathy Therapies:

  • Hydrotherapy
  • Mud therapy
  • Traditional therapies such as acupressure and acupuncture
  • Fasting

2. Yoga and Mind-Body Practices:

  • Yoga asanas
  • Pranayama (breathing exercises)
  • Meditation
  • Yogic cleansing procedures

3. Ayurveda Therapies:

  • Panchakarma treatments
  • Ayurvedic medications, if required

4. Stress Management:

  • Counseling sessions
  • Therapy sessions addressing stress-related issues

5. Therapeutic Exercise:

  • Physiotherapy
  • Therapeutic yoga

6. Dietary Intervention:

  • A customized diet plan, including sattvic food, tailored to the patient’s condition and requirements.

7. Allopathic Medicine:

  • If deemed necessary during consultation, we involve allopathic specialists to address urgent conditions. Allopathic treatments are integrated alongside our therapies to ensure comprehensive care.

These therapies are designed to relieve current discomfort while addressing the root cause of the disease. They work at a cellular level to detoxify, heal, rejuvenate, and revitalize the body and mind. As the treatment progresses, patients experience relief from their symptoms and a gradual restoration of their original health and well-being.

Every day, our doctors conduct consultations with patients to closely review their progress and the ongoing treatment plan. Clinical parameters and reports are monitored diligently to ensure optimal outcomes. Based on patient feedback, necessary modifications are made to the therapies.

If required, the doctor gradually tapers off medications in consultation with the patient’s allopathic doctor, ensuring a safe and supervised process. Throughout the treatment and beyond, the patient is closely monitored.

Even after discharge, we provide ongoing support through online consultations, where doctors review the patient’s condition, offer guidance, and assist in disease management.

The goal of our integrated treatment is to help patients regain optimal health by alleviating physical and mental discomfort and improving clinical parameters, as observed in blood investigations.
Patients can expect the following benefits:

  1. Reduced Medication Dependence: Lower doses of medications or even complete tapering under supervision.
  2. Chronic Disease Prevention: For patients at an early stage, this treatment course helps prevent the progression to chronic diseases.
  3. Disease Awareness: A comprehensive understanding of their disease, its prognosis, and effective management strategies.
  4. Improved Health and Vitality: Enhanced overall well-being through therapies customized to the patient’s individual needs.

Ultimately, this treatment is designed to restore health, alleviate discomfort, and elevate the patient’s quality of life, leaving them empowered, rejuvenated, and on a path to sustained wellness.
