Treatment plan

The patient underwent an integrated therapeutic protocol combining naturopathy, ayurveda and physiotherapy-based interventions. The following treatments were administered as part of the clinical plan:

  • Gastro Hepatic pack
  • Hot & Cold Fomentation (H & C)
  • Sole massage with cow ghee
  • Pratimas Nasyam with cow ghee

Outcome / Improvements

1. Post-Prandial (PP2BS) Improvement

The patient showed a consistent downward trend in PP2BS levels:

192 mg/dL → 168 mg/dL → 151 mg/dL

This indicates a total reduction of 41 mg/dL, reflecting improved glucose metabolism and better post-meal glycemic control.

2. Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS) Stability

FBS levels fluctuated mildly but stayed within a manageable range:

100 mg/dL → 138 mg/dL → 114 mg/dL
